Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and strategic Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for both our segments Consumers & Businesses. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, including social media, community outreach, and partnership development to help grow our customer base and establish our presence. This role requires a creative, hands-on approach to broad-based marketing, event planning, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have multi-year hands-on experience in conceptualising, planning, and executing high impact marketing campaigns with demonstrated results.

You will work with independent contractors and vendors to ensure our creatives drive audience engagement. You will also work collaboratively with our Business Development, SEO, Communities, Insights as well as Technology Platform teams.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing events, including workshops, pop-ups, sponsorships, and partnerships with local businesses and healthcare providers.
  • Conceptualise and execute year-round high-impact social media campaigns to ensure audience engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, influencers, and industry partners to increase brand reach.
  • Work closely with the business development, communities, SEO and tech teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and lead generation.
  • Identify and test innovative marketing tactics to engage local audiences and build community advocacy.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Develop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all activities.
  • Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to amplify field campaigns through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, social media marketing, event marketing or a related role, in a Consumer and/ or B2B organisation
  • Strong understanding of community-based marketing, grassroots campaigns, and local partnerships.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Passion for mental health
