To strengthen our marketing and online presence, we are looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist who can lead our SEO strategies, drive measurable results, and contribute to scaling our brand visibility globally.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO professional with at least 6 years of hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization. The candidate should have a proven track record of improving search rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation for IT/tech-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and content.
• Lead technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexation, crawlability, schema markup, etc.) and work with developers for implementation.
• Build and execute link-building strategies aligned with white-hat SEO practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO with marketing goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rates).
• Stay updated with Google algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Drive SEO strategies for international markets and multilingual websites (if applicable).

Identify and implement opportunities for local SEO, especially for IT services.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in IT or technology domains.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Expertise with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
