Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Executive with strong content writing skills to support the SEO Manager in driving organic growth across multiple STEM brands. 

This role demands someone who understands technical SEO, has a good grasp of keyword strategy, and can leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and support SEO content production. 

This is a collaborative role suited for someone passionate about content, search engine optimization, and AI-driven efficiency.   

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO Support

  • Assist in executing technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving basic on-page issues such as broken links, missing alt text, and incorrect or missing schema markup.    
  • Support quality assurance (QA) for website changes and implementations, working closely with the SEO Manager and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all brand sites.    
  • Monitor and troubleshoot indexing errors using tools like Google Search Console, taking corrective action to ensure optimal visibility and crawlability.   

Keyword Research and Content Creation

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.    
  • Maintain keyword maps and assist in building content clusters and calendars that support organic growth and brand visibility.    
  • Create, edit, and optimize a variety of content types including web pages, blog posts, landing pages, and metadata for multiple brand websites.    
  • Leverage AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) productively, with the ability to humanise and polish outputs.   

SEO Reporting and Insight

  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.   
  • Provide regular reports and insights to support optimization decisions and improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.    

Stakeholder & Team Support

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure content delivery aligns with the larger SEO strategy.    
  • Take initiative on tactical projects and support the SEO Manager in ensuring deadlines and benchmarks are met.   

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in SEO-focused content creation or digital marketing.    
  • Familiarity with on-page SEO techniques and content optimization best practices.    
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity and keyword research platforms.    
  • Hands-on experience with AI writing or SEO content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO).   Excellent written English and editorial skills.    
  • Comfortable working in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar.    
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset.    

 

Bonus Experience

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web publishing tools.    
  • Experience working in matrixed or multi-brand environments.
