We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical SEO Specialist to take charge of our client’s search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about SEO and digital marketing, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and enhancing online visibility. You will be the go-to expert for all things SEO, working closely with our content and web development teams to implement strategies that deliver outstanding results.

This role requires a deep understanding of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and a forward-thinking approach to the future of search.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:

  Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients, aligning with their business goals.

• SEO Audits:

  Conduct in-depth technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits for client websites to identify areas for improvement.

• Keyword Research:

  Perform extensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content and optimization.

• On-Page SEO:

  Optimize website pages, including meta tags, headers, content, URL structure, and internal linking, to improve search engine rankings.

• Technical SEO:

  Manage technical aspects of SEO, including site speed optimization, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, crawlability, and indexability.

• Off-Page SEO:

  Develop and execute effective and ethical link-building campaigns to build domain authority.

• Content Collaboration:

  Work with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages the target audience.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Provide clear, actionable insights and monthly reports to clients.

• Stay Updated:

  Keep abreast of the latest SEO industry trends, algorithm updates from Google, and new best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and cutting-edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Knowledge of AI Search & Generative Experience Optimization (SGE) will be a significant plus.

  A clear understanding of how AI is shaping the future of search and how to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with e-commerce SEO.
