The Role:

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our client’s digital presence. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating a wide range of visual assets, from static graphics to engaging videos. You are a hybrid creative who is equally comfortable in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what works on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:

  Design and produce visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms, including social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website banners, landing pages, email newsletters, and digital ad campaigns.

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

  Create and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories), websites, and video ads. This includes incorporating motion graphics, animations, typography, and sound design to enhance storytelling and engagement.

• Creative Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing strategists and content creators to understand campaign goals, brainstorm creative concepts, and ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all visuals.

• Project Management:

  Manage a pipeline of design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, meticulous attention to detail, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Stay Current:

  Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, video editing techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh, innovative, and effective.

• Brand Consistency:

  Maintain and adhere to the brand guidelines for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all creative assets are on-brand and aligned with their identity.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Video Editor, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced environment.

• A strong and diverse portfolio is required.

  Your portfolio must showcase your skills in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition for web and social media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative solutions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
