Job Description

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating and producing visually and audibly engaging content across various platforms.

This includes supporting Harmony/Supervisor Communication initiatives, developing internal event-based posters, Kia Podcast Support as we'll as handling photography and videography.

The role requires a strong blend of creative vision and technical expertise to craft compelling assets that both inform and inspire Kia members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Content Creation

Design and produce multimedia content including videos, infographics, graphics, animations, and interactive elements.
Develop storyboards and design concepts for digital campaigns posters and presentations materials.
Create visuals for Internal Communication & Employee Engagement activities

2. Video & Motion Graphics Production

Shoot, edit, and produce short- and long-form video content.
Add motion graphics, visual effects and audio enhancements using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects .

3. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Plant Public relations and Employee relations teams to understand creative needs and deliver high-quality assets.
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Present design concepts and multimedia content for feedback and approval.

4. Brand Consistency

Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Maintain consistency across all platforms and media formats.

5. File & Asset Management

Organize and maintain a digital asset library (Photos/Videos & Output .
Optimize multimedia files for web, mobile and other digital formats. (MP3/MP4/JPEG/PNG etc )

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Premiere Pro , Photoshop , Illustrator and After Effects, ).
Knowledge of video production, editing, and sound design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch) is a plus. Mul
