Position: MultiMedia Designer

Location: India (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

A Multimedia Designer creates content that combines various types of media, including text, images, audio, video, and animation. They work across digital and physical platforms to deliver an engaging user experience. Multimedia designers are skilled in the use of multiple software programs for creating interactive and dynamic visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Content

· Create eye-catching static graphics, banners, campaign visuals, landing page assets, emails, and digital ads.

· Develop brand-aligned layouts, typography, and visual consistency across all creative materials.

· Produce visually engaging infographics that simplify complex information into clear, digestible formats.

Animation & Motion Graphics

· Develop animatics, motion graphics, explainer videos, animated banners, and short-form animations for digital campaigns.

· Storyboard concepts and translate design ideas into motion sequences.

· Create attention-grabbing animated social content suitable for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Video Editing

· Edit and compile video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

· Add transitions, audio, motion graphics, overlays, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

· Optimize content for different formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, 4:5).

3D Design

· Create basic to intermediate 3D assets using Blender or any equivalent 3D software.

· Model, texture, render simple 3D objects or elements to support campaign visuals.

· Integrate 3D graphics into animations or static designs when necessary.

Collaboration & Brand Development

· Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams to meet campaign goals.

· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality content.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Requirements and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating ad creatives for digital platforms.

· Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Suite.

· Able to produce both static and motion ad creatives for Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.

· Comfortable creating short-form videos, motion graphics, and multiple ad variations for testing.

· Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and performance-driven design.

· Familiar with CTR - Click-Through Rate, CVR - Conversion Rate, and able to optimize creatives based on performance.

· Fast, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

· Good English communication and able to work effectively with marketing and cross-regional teams.
