About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to join our multi-speciality hospital’s branding & communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, engaging videos, and high-quality content that enhances our hospital’s digital presence, patient engagement, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics, posters, brochures, flyers, banners & social media creatives tailored to healthcare communication.
• Produce high-quality video content including patient testimonials, hospital walkthroughs, doctor introduction videos, health awareness clips, and event coverage.
• Edit, enhance, and finalize videos using industry-standard tools with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and operations teams to conceptualize and execute visual content for campaigns and hospital promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital & offline materials.
• Develop multimedia assets for internal communications, patient education, and hospital events.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply them to hospital communication materials.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Graphic Designing (Essential)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.
• Video Editing (Essential)
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and basic photography is an added advantage.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in multimedia design or similar roles.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
