Key Contributions & Responsibilities Design and develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for web applications and websites, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) across various devices and screen sizes. Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect web pages using HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Implement interactive and dynamic functionalities using JavaScript , with a strong emphasis on React.js and its ecosystem. Leverage Vite for fast development setup and optimized build processes, ensuring efficient and performant web applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders remotely to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions on an as-needed basis. Create compelling visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and imagery, using industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator . Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Utilize Figma or Sketch for collaborative design, prototyping, and stakeholder presentations. Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, UI/UX best practices, and front-end technologies. Optimize website performance for speed and basic SEO. Effectively communicate and articulate design concepts and rationale to internal teams via virtual channels. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design and development projects. Expert proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 , including modern CSS techniques (e.g., Flexbox, Grid, animations). Solid understanding and practical experience with JavaScript (ES6+) . Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles (components, props, state, hooks, etc.). Experience with Vite for front-end tooling. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or Sketch . Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image manipulation, graphic design, and vector illustration. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability and accessibility. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience working effectively in a remote and potentially asynchronous team environment. Highly disciplined and capable of managing time effectively to meet project deadlines independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished designs. Bonus Points: Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git. Understanding of responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). Experience with animation libraries or techniques for web. Technical Setup: Provide hands-on assistance to clients, setting up their Meta Business Suite, Ad Accounts, and Pixels from the ground up when necessary. Client Education & Support: Act as the primary point of contact during the initial engagement period, answering client questions about ad performance, metrics, and strategy in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel setup, and standard ad campaign optimization techniques. Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients. Client-Focused Mindset: A genuine passion for helping businesses grow and the patience to guide new advertisers. Self-Starter: Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a remote setting. Sales Acumen: Comfortable with the sales process and motivated by converting leads into satisfied customers. Remote Work Environment Requirements As this is a fully remote, client-facing role, the following are required to be successful: A personal, modern laptop or desktop computer with a high-quality webcam .
