About the Role
Client Success Associate
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Engagement:
Manage incoming leads via WhatsApp, using your expertise to identify high-potential clients and filter out non-serious inquiries.Client Onboarding:
Conduct discovery calls via Google Meet to understand client needs, explain our onboarding process and service offerings, and set clear expectations.Technical Setup:
Provide hands-on assistance to clients, setting up their Meta Business Suite, Ad Accounts, and Pixels from the ground up when necessary.Campaign Management:
Strategize, launch, and manage initial ad campaigns for new clients, ensuring they are optimized to deliver tangible results and showcase the value of our service.Client Education & Support:
Act as the primary point of contact during the initial engagement period, answering client questions about ad performance, metrics, and strategy in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.Conversion & Reporting:
Following the initial campaign, prepare and present a concise performance report, effectively demonstrating the ROI and converting the client to one of our paid plans.Process Improvement:
Keep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM and contribute ideas for refining our onboarding and acquisition process.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel setup, and standard ad campaign optimization techniques.Excellent Communicator:
Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.Client-Focused Mindset:
A genuine passion for helping businesses grow and the patience to guide new advertisers.Self-Starter:
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.Sales Acumen:
Comfortable with the sales process and motivated by converting leads into satisfied customers.
Remote Work Environment Requirements
As this is a fully remote, client-facing role, the following are required to be successful:
- A personal, modern laptop or desktop computer with a high-quality webcam.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted video calls.
- A dedicated and quiet workspace to ensure a professional environment during client meetings on Google Meet.
- Good lighting and a presentable background for all video interactions.
What We Offer
