Multimedia Designer

Location:

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating and producing visually and audibly engaging content across various platforms.

This includes supporting Harmony/Supervisor Communication initiatives, developing internal event-based posters, Kia Podcast Support as well as handling photography and videography.

The role requires a strong blend of creative vision and technical expertise to craft compelling assets that both inform and inspire Kia members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Content Creation

• Design and produce multimedia content including videos, infographics, graphics, animations, and interactive elements.
• Develop storyboards and design concepts for digital campaigns posters and presentations materials.
• Create visuals for Internal Communication & Employee Engagement activities

2. Video & Motion Graphics Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce short- and long-form video content.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects and audio enhancements using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects .

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Plant Public relations and Employee relations teams to understand creative needs and deliver high-quality assets.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Present design concepts and multimedia content for feedback and approval.

4. Brand Consistency

• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Maintain consistency across all platforms and media formats.

5. File & Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a digital asset library (Photos/Videos & Output files).
• Optimize multimedia files for web, mobile and other digital formats. (MP3/MP4/JPEG/PNG etc)

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects,).
• Knowledge of video production, editing, and sound design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.Mul
