Position Overview:

Creative Multimedia Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce

  video content

  for campaigns, learning modules, and digital platforms.
• Develop

  multimedia assets

  for websites, interactive applications, and gamified experiences.
• Add

  visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, and transitions

  to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with

  marketing and creative teams

  to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage

  sound design, color correction, and compositing

  to deliver high-quality final outputs.
• Research and integrate

  emerging trends, tools, and technologies

  to continuously improve multimedia quality and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Media Production, Animation, Design, or a related field

  (or equivalent experience).

• 35 years

  of experience in

  video editing and multimedia design

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  ,

  After Effects

  ,

  Audition

  , and

  Photoshop

  .
• Basic understanding of

  Unity

  or

  web-based animation tools

  .
• Strong sense of

  timing, visual rhythm, storytelling,
