Preferred Candidate Profile 3+ years of full-stack development experience , with evidence of leading projects or taking significant ownership. Proficiency in modern web frameworks (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/FastAPI). Strong understanding of cloud infra (AWS/GCP), databases (SQL + NoSQL), and distributed systems . Exposure to AI/ML, vector databases, or data-intensive products is a strong plus. Ability to translate business needs into technical execution and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable engaging with clients, leading technical discussions, and representing the engineering team externally.
