Role & responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship MVPs and v1 features end-to-end (frontend, backend, infra).
  
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on products for clients and new ventures.
  
• Collaborate with designers, growth, and industry experts to turn ideas into live products.
  
• Balance pragmatic tech choices with long-term scalability.
  
• Contribute to multiple domains: AI, athletics, music, SEO, and more.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  
• Proficient in at least one modern web framework (React/Next.js, Node.js, or similar).
  
• Strong grasp of backend systems (Python, FastAPI, databases, cloud infra).
  
• Comfortable switching contexts and working on both greenfield and legacy code.
  
• Thrives in ambiguity, ships fast, and focuses on business impact.
  
• Excellent communication skills across distributed teams.
