Senior Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex features and platforms across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
  
• Take ownership of projects spanning AI, SaaS, SEO, and enterprise solutions, ensuring they are built for both speed and scale.
  
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and raising the bar for engineering quality.
  
• Collaborate closely with founders, product leads, and cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
  
• Interface directly with external clients when needed gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring delivery meets expectations.
  
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies (AI, data pipelines, cloud infra) to keep our stack future-ready.
  
• Balance rapid prototyping with scalable, maintainable solutions suitable for long-term growth.
  
• Contribute to multiple ventures: AI-driven strategy tools (e.g., BRUCE), WebWorks SEO/website platform, sports analytics, and other innovation projects.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience

  , with evidence of leading projects or taking significant ownership.
• Proficiency in

  modern web frameworks

  (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of

  cloud infra (AWS/GCP), databases (SQL + NoSQL), and distributed systems

• Exposure to

  AI/ML, vector databases, or data-intensive products

• Ability to translate business needs into technical execution and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
