Creative Multimedia Designer

Role Overview: As a Creative Multimedia Designer at SafeStart, your primary responsibility will be to design and produce engaging visual and interactive content. This includes creating animations, videos, graphics, and digital media. You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life on various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce video content for campaigns, learning modules, and digital platforms. - Develop multimedia assets for websites, interactive applications, and gamified experiences. - Enhance storytelling and viewer engagement by adding visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, and transitions. - Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by collaborating with marketing and creative teams. - Manage sound design, color correction, and compositing to deliver high-quality final outputs. - Continuously improve multimedia quality and engagement by researching and integrating emerging trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Animation, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-3 years of experience in video editing and multimedia design. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop. - Basic understanding of Unity or web-based animation tools. - Strong sense of timing, visual rhythm, storytelling, and aesthetic detail.,
