Basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, printing documents, and organizing travel files will also be part of the role. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office, and possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages like Gujarati. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are key qualities we are seeking. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team at Fit2Fly Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a reputed travel company with over 7 years of experience and a strong presence across Rajkot, Morbi, and Jamnagar. The ideal candidate should possess a deep enthusiasm for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking both domestic and international holiday packages, ensuring each trip is perfectly designed according to their preferences and budget. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, creating customized itineraries, and handling flight, hotel, visa, and travel insurance bookings. You will also provide accurate information about destinations, sightseeing options, local culture, and attractions while coordinating with suppliers, DMCs, and vendors to secure the best rates and service quality. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for managing multiple clients and ensuring smooth operations from inquiry to post-travel follow-up. The position requires a graduate or diploma holder in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality, with at least 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant (freshers with a passion for travel are also welcome). Candidates should have sound knowledge of destinations, visa processes, and airline systems such as Amadeus or Galileo. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-first approach are a must.
