Role Overview

Social Media Paid Marketing Manager

This role involves managing end-to-end paid campaigns, driving measurable results, and contributing to strategic brand growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social platforms

    .
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client objectives (lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand growth, etc.).
  • Conduct audience and market research to define targeting and segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats in collaboration with the design/content team.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign results with actionable insights.
  • Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and performance scaling.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, industry trends, and best practices in paid marketing.
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients to ensure campaign alignment with brand goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in running and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads

    platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution models.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results (ROI, revenue growth, lead generation).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
  • Full-time availability,

    no freelancers will be considered.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Knowledge of

    tracking setups including pixel implementation and conversion APIs

    .
  • Familiarity with SMB, e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based campaign strategies.
  • Understanding of ad compliance and policy management.
