Serving over 2,300 brands, Fynd is at the forefront of retail technology, transforming customer experiences and business processes across various industries.We are looking for SDE 2 Flutter Developer who will Deliver high-quality, scalable Flutter mobile applications that provide exceptional user experiences, integrate seamlessly with backend services, and enable Reliance’s digital initiatives across Android platforms while maintaining performance, accessibility, and maintainability standards.
What will you do at Fynd?
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart with a focus on clean, maintainable code and robust architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect UI and smooth user experiences.
- Implement state management (Bloc, Provider, MVVM, or equivalent) to ensure scalable and testable codebases.
- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, handle JSON data parsing, authentication, and secure data handling.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time; conduct profiling and implement caching and lazy loading strategies.
- Ensure cross-platform consistency for Android while following platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated tests (unit, widget/integration), and ensure code quality through reviews and linting.
- Monitor and respond to app telemetry, crash reports, and user feedback; iterate rapidly in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions, contribute to technical reviews, and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
- Adhere to Reliance’s security, compliance, and data protection standards in all mobile development activities.
- Document technical designs, API contracts, and component libraries for reuse across teams.
Some More Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on mobile development experience with Flutter and Dart
- Solid experience delivering production Flutter apps for Android
- Proficient in RESTful API integration and handling JSON data
- Strong understanding of state management patterns (Bloc/Provider/MMVVM or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Portfolio or demonstrable projects showing Flutter app development and UI/UX quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with push notifications, Firebase, and analytics integration
- Familiarity with native module integration (platform channels) and bridging
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality tooling
- Exposure to mobile accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries
