Learning Management System Administration

Maintain and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System including user accounts permissions and roles

Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating course information catalogs and training records

Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical support when necessary

Upload and manage elearning content ensuring compatibility with SCORM and other standards

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design deliver and optimize training materials

Integrate external learning resources and thirdparty content into the LMS

Provide user training and technical support to employees managers and administrators on LMS functionalities

Develop and deliver training sessions guides and resources to maximize LMS utilization

Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Generate reports and dashboards to track employee learning progress and training completion

Analyze data to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement in learning initiatives

Support compliance reporting and audit processes as needed

Evaluate LMS workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

Stay uptodate on SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices to ensure optimal system usage

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align the LMS with broader organizational goals

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or related field

Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are preferred

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management or similar LMS platforms

Knowledge of SCORM AICC and xAPI standards for elearning content

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Strong understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
