SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

As an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant at Leapot Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining learning items, programs, curricula, and catalogs based on business requirements. Collaboration with HR, IT, and compliance teams will be essential to ensure effective training and certification management. Additionally, you will integrate the LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems, develop reports and dashboards to track learning performance and compliance, provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support, and actively engage onsite with business users 3 days a week for workshops and discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module - Configure and maintain learning items, programs, curricula, and catalogs as per business requirements - Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure effective training and certification management - Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems - Develop reports and dashboards to track learning performance and compliance - Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support - Work onsite with business users 3 days per week for workshops and discussions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS - Strong understanding of learning processes, compliance training, and pharmaceutical regulations (21 CFR Part 11 preferred) - Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of LMS - Knowledge of SAP Integration Center, APIs, and data exchange tools - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is an advantage About Leapot Technologies: Leapot Technologies is a product-based technology company founded in 2021, dedicated to transforming education, training, and enterprise operations through AI-driven innovation.
