Codem is a technology services company specializing in eCommerce, SAP, custom applications, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and systems integration. We work with global enterprises to build and modernize scalable platforms. We are now seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant.
We’re seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape. You’ll translate business needs into scalable S/4 solutions, drive change from blueprint to hypercare, and mentor key users and junior consultants.
Solution design & blueprinting
Run workshops, gather/validate requirements, perform fit–gap, and define the to-be O2C processes in S/4HANA.
Propose S/4HANA-native solutions (Fiori apps, aATP, BRF+ Output Management, Business Partner, Condition Contract Management for rebates, FSCM Credit Management) aligned to best practices.
Configuration & extensions (WRICEF)
Configure core SD: organizational structures, master data, pricing/conditions, partner functions, credit management, delivery & billing, returns, rebates, intercompany & third-party sales, exports.
Drive extensions with developers: write functional specs, perform unit/SIT/UAT support for WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces/IDocs/APIs, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms—SAP Adobe/Smart Forms).
O2C operations & monitoring
Own proactive monitoring & troubleshooting across integrated systems (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM/TM, GTS/Trade, RAR).
Use logs & tools (e.g., IDoc monitoring WE02/WE05, SLG1, SMQ1/SMQ2, background jobs SM37, Fiori Application Logs, SAP AIF) to ensure smooth order flow.
Change & release management
Manage change requests end-to-end: impact analysis, solutioning, testing, and deployment via ChaRM / SAP Cloud ALM / SolMan (as applicable).
Provide production support and root-cause analysis with clear corrective & preventive actions.
Create process documentation, run key-user trainings, and contribute to SOPs/runbooks and knowledge base.
Experience: 9–12 years in SAP SD (consulting or industry), including strong, hands-on S/4HANA SD (preferably 3–5+ years on S/4 projects—greenfield, brownfield, or selective).
Deep SD expertise:
Pricing/conditions (condition technique, scales, accruals, condition contracts/rebates)
Sales (standard, intercompany, third-party, consignment, credit/debit memos)
Delivery & logistics (availability check/aATP, picking/packing, batch/serials, PGI, shipping & transportation basics)
Billing & FI integration (account determination, tax, revenue postings, RAR exposure is a plus)
Integration: Solid cross-module knowledge with FI/CO, MM/Procurement, PP, EWM/TM, GTS, and external interfaces (tax, payments, CRM, e-commerce, 3PLs).
Technical collaboration: Strong functional spec writing, experience with IDocs/EDI, OData/REST APIs, SAP CPI/PI/PO, and Adobe Forms.
Testing & quality: Hands-on with unit/SIT/UAT cycles, defect management, and test assets (scripts, data). Familiarity with automation (CBTA/Tricentis) is a plus.
Operations mindset: Comfortable with incident/problem management (ITIL), SLAs, and steady-state support in complex landscapes.
Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder communication, clear documentation, ownership, and the ability to explain complex SD topics to business.
Education & certifications
SAP SD certification and/or S/4HANA Sales certification preferred.
