About the Role:
SAP PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) Lead
SAP S/4HANA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
end-to-end design and implementation
of SAP PTD processes covering planning, production execution, quality, and maintenance
. - Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
- Configure and optimize modules including
PP, QM, and PM
, ensuring process efficiency and compliance. - Collaborate with
Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams
to deliver an integrated solution. - Drive
master data setup and data migration
related to materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and inspection plans. - Define and document
functional specifications
, and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations. - Conduct
system testing (SIT/UAT)
, cutover planning, and user training sessions. - Support
post-go-live stabilization
and continuous process improvement. - Serve as the key point of contact for
Plan-to-Deliver process governance
, ensuring global standards and best practices are followed. - Lead cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and provide thought leadership for PTD initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Systems
. - Minimum
10 years of experience
in SAP implementation and support
, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP projects
in PTD or related domains. - Strong functional expertise in
SAP PP, QM, and PM
modules. - Proven understanding of
end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes
— demand planning, production, quality, and delivery. - Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and related manufacturing solutions. - Knowledge of
data migration
, master data management
, and integration
with MM, SD, and FI/CO
modules. - Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and work onsite with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with
Advanced Planning (PP/DS)
or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
. - Exposure to
Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC)
, IoT integration
, or predictive maintenance
. - Familiarity with
SAP Activate methodology
and Agile project delivery
. - Leadership experience managing global SAP rollouts or template deployments.
