Job Description

You are a proactive and results-oriented SAP Sales/Pre Sales Professional responsible for spearheading Pre-sales, Solution, and Business development in the India Market. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders for on-ground account-level activities. Working closely with the SAP practice team, your primary focus will be to identify and enable opportunities around SAP for Consulting, Implementation, Licensing, and Resourcing business. Developing relationships with potential clients and converting leads into successful engagements is a key part of your role. Your professional engagement with customers, including C Level executives, in the SAP domain across India is essential. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to identify potential clients in the SAP domain, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads, meeting potential clients to understand their business challenges, proposing tailored SAP solutions, and drafting Sales/Pre-sales/Solutions/Consulting Collaterals and Business Proposal documents. Engaging in Pre-sales activities, delivering compelling sales pitches, and working with the sales organization to drive end-to-end sales engagement are crucial aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with the SAP Practice and Sales teams, maintain client interaction records, and provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding sales targets and achievements. You should have a minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales/Presales/Solutioning, particularly focusing on solutions like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud BTP. A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong understanding of SAP solutions and value propositions, a professional network in the SAP ecosystem, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to generate and nurture leads are key qualifications. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, executing SAP-focused demand generation strategies, engaging in cold calling and direct outreach, presenting SAP solutions tailored to client requirements, building and maintaining client relationships, and strong internal and external collaboration are also essential. Having SAP Certifications in SAP S4HANA and BTP would be beneficial.,
