Job Description: SAP Pre-Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about leveraging SAP to drive business transformation and foster strategic relationships at the leadership level? We are expanding our SAP practice and looking for a highly motivated SAP Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Pre-Sales lifecycle for SAP solutions, including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, AMS, Upgrades, Conversions/Migrations, SuccessFactors, SAC, and BTP.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to design and present tailored, high-impact solution proposals that address client needs.
• Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities, engaging directly with prospective clients to understand and shape their SAP journey.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives in mid-sized to large enterprises, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to clients and partners.
• Stay current with SAP solution offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies to effectively position our value proposition.
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client documentation, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Work under tight deadlines, independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in SAP Pre-Sales, with a deep understanding of the full SAP solution portfolio.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end Pre-Sales efforts, with experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines and dynamic client requirements.
• Commitment to a long-term career journey and continuous learning within SAP consulting.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
