1. Job Title : Lead Administrator 2. Job Summary : The Lead Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IS Banking systems within a hybrid work model. With a focus on Procure to Pay processes the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of banking IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. 3. Responsibilities : - Oversee the administration and maintenance of IS Banking systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide technical expertise and support for Procure to Pay processes enhancing system integration and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in banking IT systems. - Develop and enforce best practices for system usage and data management to maintain high standards of accuracy and security. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and system updates. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Lead training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of banking IT systems. - Document system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance. - Analyze system data to generate insights and reports that support decision-making and strategic planning. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all system-related activities. - Drive initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience contributing to overall business success. - Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve system capabilities and performance. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in IS Banking systems demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionality and integration. - Have a strong background in Procure to Pay processes particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll domains. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. - Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Show a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system improvements and implementing solutions. - Display a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy security and compliance. 9.
