SAP Consultant

As an SAP Commission Consultant/Analyst with our client, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our sales commission system, ensuring accurate commission calculations, and providing critical support to our sales commission team and sales team. Your expertise in data integration, data mapping, and analytical skill will be key.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into SAP Commissions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Create data mapping strategies to streamline the process.
• Monitor and ensure data feeds are loaded & processed on time.
• Configure and maintain the SAP Commissions system to accurately calculate sales commissions based on established compensation plans and sales performance metrics.
• Review, perform impact assessment, manage new commission plans creation or change request requested by business users.
• Be a champion and strive the best to achieve simplified commission plan by working closely with business user.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering expert support and troubleshooting assistance for commission-related inquiries or issues.
• Involve in project roll-out as subject matter expert.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate commission calculations, ensuring they align with compensation plans and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible in regression test for any change request that is implemented.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of commission processes, including data flows, calculations, and configurations. Keep documentation up to date as changes are implemented.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance commission processes, optimize system performance, and improve data accuracy, data housekeeping.
• Propose and implement process improvements as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to business user teams and other relevant departments on how to use the SAP Commissions system effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to sales commissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-8+ years of technical experience in Data base, ETL , PL/SQL , OS(Windows/Linux),
• Proven hands-on experience working with SAP Commissions and SAP Advanced Workflow.
• Experience in design, build, test, and deployment of Incentive Commission management and complex sales plans
• At least 3 years of working experience in

  SAP Commissions and SAP Advanced Workflow

• At least 3 years of working experience in

  HANA Data base

• At least 3 Years of working experience in

  SDI/CDL SAP ETL tools

• Strong knowledge of data integration, mapping, and data quality best practices.
• Experience in

  PL/SQL

  , and basic knowledge of Java is a plus.

• Certified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions

• Good understanding in implementing compensation scheme best practices.
• Proficient in configurations, product sales & commissions, payment, and performance insights
• Familiarity with sales compensation plan structures and calculations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have experience of working in at least 1 end to end implementations in Callidus Cloud Commissions
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
