SAP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) & Quality Management (QM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, working closely with business stakeholders to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes. The candidate should be able to drive digital transformation initiatives and support continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP PP, QM, and MM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for business processes in manufacturing, procurement, and quality management.
• Configure and customize SAP PP, QM, and MM modules to align with industry best practices and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, SD, and WM/EWM consultants to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for SAP production planning, quality inspections, batch management, and procurement.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, process gaps, and performance bottlenecks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage and coordinate with AMS partners for SAP application support, issue resolution, and system improvements.
• Handle vendor management, ensuring smooth collaboration with SAP service providers and external consultants.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and integration with third-party applications.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP PP, QM & MM implementation, support, and enhancements.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its impact on PP, QM, and MM functionalities.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, including MRP, shop floor control, batch management, quality inspections, and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, system upgrades, and support projects.
• Experience working with AMS partners for SAP support, system enhancements, and managed services.
• Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring of SAP service providers.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and SAP Best Practices is a plus.
• Ability to work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• SAP certification in PP, QM, or MM is an added advantage.
