Job Description

1. SAP Business One Implementation & Support
  • Lead end-to-end

    SAP Business One HANA implementation

    for retail furniture operations.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP B1 modules as per business needs.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
2. Functional Modules Handling

Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Sales & Distribution

    (Retail billing, POS integration, pricing, discounts, schemes)

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management

    (Batch/serial management, multi-warehouse)

  • Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Production / Light Manufacturing

    (BOM, production orders – furniture-specific)

  • Finance & Controlling

    (GL, AP, AR, costing, taxation – GST)

  • MRP & Demand Planning

3. Specific Responsibilities
  • Configure

    variant management

    (size, color, material, finish).
  • Handle

    made-to-order and made-to-stock

    scenarios.
  • Manage

    showroom sales, warehouse dispatch, and direct customer delivery

    .
  • Implement

    pricing structures

    , seasonal discounts, and promotional schemes.
  • Optimize

    inventory turnover and slow-moving stock analysis

    .
  • Support

    after-sales service

    , warranties, and replacements if applicable.
4. Customization & Integration
  • Work with technical consultants on:
  • Add-ons development
  • HANA queries and dashboards
  • Crystal Reports
  • Integrate SAP B1 with:
  • POS systems
  • E-commerce platforms
  • Barcode/RFID systems
  • Logistics and courier systems
5. Data Management & Reporting
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems.
  • Validate master data and transactional data.
  • Design MIS reports, dashboards, and management analytics.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. User Training & Documentation
  • Conduct user training sessions for different departments.
  • Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Act as a bridge between IT, business users, and external vendors.
