Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in Salesforce Development , Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) , and OmniStudio , who are also passionate about leading and mentoring high-performing teams . You will be responsible for guiding the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a particular focus on the Energy & Utilities Cloud and related industry processes. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Salesforce developers in designing and delivering customized solutions. Architect, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Components , Salesforce APIs , and OmniStudio . Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) features and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. Provide mentorship, code reviews, and best practice guidance to team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the energy and utilities sector (e.g., billing, metering, demand response). Act as a technical liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6–11 years of total experience with a minimum of 4 years in Salesforce development and team leadership . Proven experience working in large-scale Salesforce implementations, ideally in the energy or utilities domain is a plus. Expertise in Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud or similar industry-specific Salesforce platforms. Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio , EPC , and Salesforce platform development. Excellent understanding of utility domain processes like customer data management, billing, and regulatory compliance.
