Salesforce Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Digetful, a software company specializing in automating quote-to-revenue processes for ICT Value-Added Resellers (VARs). As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will lead a team of developers to deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and ability to design effective workarounds. - Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. - Deep proficiency in Apex programming, including asynchronous and batch processing. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and 2 years as a Development Team Lead. - Proven experience leading and managing Salesforce teams. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
