About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver

  high-quality, scalable solutions

  that meet business requirements.
• Provide

  technical guidance and mentorship

  to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage and prioritize

  project timelines, deliverables, and sprint goals

  , ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to

  gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements

  on the Salesforce platform.
• Perform

  hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization

  as needed.
• Conduct

  code reviews

  and ensure adherence to Salesforce

  best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and IT — to drive

  Salesforce initiatives

  that align with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest

  Salesforce features, releases, and best practices

  , and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  Salesforce platform limitations

  and ability to design effective workarounds.
• Strong expertise in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  development.
• Deep proficiency in

  Apex programming

  , including

  asynchronous and batch processing

  .
• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  in Salesforce development.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  as a

  Development Team Lead

  .
• Proven experience

  leading and managing Salesforce teams

  (developers and admins).
• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

  .
• Salesforce certifications preferred —

  Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  , with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an

  Agile environment

  is a plus.
• Ability to

  thrive in a fast-paced environment

  and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Fluent in

  English (spoken and written)

  .

Work Arrangement

• Immediate onboarding preferred

  (within 2 weeks maximum).
• Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’ll

  work from home

  — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• From

  January 2026

  , this role will transition to

  on-site

  at our

  Kolkata office

  , with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
