Job Description

As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Your role will involve overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You are expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Salesforce, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Team Lead, Salesforce Developer, or similar role. - Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and user management. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
