CPQ Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce CPQ Developer at our company, you will play a key role in designing and implementing CPQ solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless quoting processes and improving overall sales efficiency. With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation, development, and customization, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, implementing pricing models, product bundles, discounting rules, and approval workflows, as well as integrating CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and external systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, write clean Apex code, perform testing activities, and assist in deployments using various tools like Change Sets, VS Code, Gearset, Copado, or CI/CD tools. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of CPQ product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval processes, along with experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce data model. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. While Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred, certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Administrator are beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Conga Composer, and document generation is considered a plus.
