Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions across Experience, Sales, and Manufacturing Clouds. The role focuses on enhancing business operations through automation, integration, and user-focused Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement scalable solutions, and ensure optimal performance and adoption of Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Experience, Sales, Manufacturing).

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems for seamless data exchange.

• Create Lightning components and user-friendly interfaces to improve engagement.

• Perform configuration, customization, and system optimization aligned with business needs.

• Manage deployment, upgrades, and system audits ensuring platform reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, maintaining data and system integrity.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Conduct user training and documentation to drive adoption.

• Stay current with latest Salesforce releases and best practices, applying innovative approaches.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

o Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud

o SFDC Lightning (development & UI customization)

o SFDC Integration (APIs, middleware, data connectors)

o Salesforce Configuration and Customization

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Solid understanding of data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security models.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.

• Proven track record in implementing Salesforce solutions end-to-end.

• Experience in multi-channel business environments (preferred).

• Salesforce Developer / Administrator / Platform App Builder certification(s) are a plus.
