Overview CRM Analytics JD: CRM Analysts specialize in analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing strategies, and drive sales growth. They play a key role in understanding customer behaviors, segmenting audiences, and aiding in the development of targeted marketing campaigns. CRM Analysts are adept at using CRM platforms, interpreting data analytics, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
