The Senior/Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer designs and delivers end-to-end analytics solutions on Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA, formerly Einstein/Tableau CRM). This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable datasets, recipes, lenses, and dashboards that drive decision-making. The developer will build and optimize data pipelines, implement SAQL/SQL logic, and ensure robust governance through admin and permissions. They will integrate data from Salesforce and external sources, leverage dashboard JSON for advanced interactions, and proactively troubleshoot data and visualization issues.

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics)
• Strong proficiency in SAQL and solid SQL skills
• Expertise in Data Prep/Recipes, dataflows, datasets, lenses, and dashboard development
• Experience integrating CRMA with Salesforce and external data sources/connectors
• Working knowledge of CRMA administration, licensing, row-level security, and permissions
• Hands-on experience with dashboard JSON/bindings and CRMA Intelligence features
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and take a consultative approach with stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred: Tableau experience and dashboard templatization
• Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud exposure
• Preferred: Einstein Discovery exposure
• Preferred: Background with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft)
• Preferred: JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with Visual Studio or similar IDEs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the CRM Analytics team to analyze business, functional, and technical requirements
• Translate business requirements into well-architected CRMA solutions and best-practice designs
• Develop and maintain dataflows, recipes, datasets, lenses, and interactive dashboards
• Implement and optimize SAQL/SQL queries to deliver accurate, performant insights
• Integrate data from Salesforce and external systems; manage connectors and schedules
• Use dashboard JSON/bindings and Intelligence features for advanced UX/logic
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and data discrepancies across pipelines and dashboards
• Administer CRMA users, licenses, permissions, and row-level security models
• Participate in project ceremonies and communicate status, risks, and recommendations
• Contribute to dashboard templating and reusable assets; promote standards and governance
