Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges. Document and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. Design and implement new processes or workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows. Documentation: Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Salesforce users. Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that Salesforce projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage Salesforce project requirements and track progress. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
