Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Andr Global Inc., you will be an integral part of the Technology & Innovation team focusing on developing innovative, scalable technology solutions to manage law enforcement data requests and enhance user safety. Your role as a key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams will involve gathering requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and ensuring the smooth delivery of features and enhancements. **Role Overview:** You will support the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Salesforce system and associated external web portal. Acting as the primary liaison, you will gather and clarify requirements, define business processes, and manage feature delivery. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation, coordinating testing and release management activities, creating user guides and training materials, analyzing processes for improvement opportunities, and staying updated on Salesforce releases and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support maintenance and administration of Salesforce system and external web portal - Gather and clarify requirements from business stakeholders - Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation - Coordinate testing, release management, and deployment activities - Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and training materials - Analyze processes for automation and system enhancements - Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role - Proven experience translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities - Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder In addition to the basic qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Service Cloud and data modeling concepts, familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, expertise in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
