Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a solid background in platform management and Apex development . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and the technical know-how to build and support custom functionality. Key Responsibilities Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity tasks. Design and implement business process automation using Flows, Process Builder , and validation rules. Build and maintain Apex triggers, classes , and other programmatic solutions to extend Salesforce functionality. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and release management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. Proficient in Apex development and custom logic implementation. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, security model, and data architecture. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience , automation tools, and user training. Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
