Salesforce Administrator

Hello!!

We are looking for Salesforce Consultants more than Admins. The person should be able to gather the requirements and implements/provide the solution to the client. The candidate should have excellent communication skills with good client management skills.

The candidate should possess multiple certificates. Following is the list :-

a) Salesforce Administrator (Required)

b) Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required)

c) Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred)

d) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)

e) Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
• Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency.
• Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
• Strong data management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skill

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., with marketing tools, ERP, or other third-party applications).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and other admin utilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
