Support monthly reconciliation and documentation for audits. Coordinate with external accountants or finance teams as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles with exposure to payroll and finance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
