Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at Moose Technology, you will play a crucial role in supporting the system integrations team to deliver capabilities to business systems and assist business users in achieving order automation goals. Your responsibilities will include: - User management: Conducting Salesforce onboarding, offboarding, managing permissions, and more. - Customization and configuration: Configuring custom fields, objects, page layouts, validations, flows, etc. - CPQ product configuration: Setting up and managing new products and pricing using Salesforce CPQ. - Data Management: Handling data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and governance. - Reporting & Analytics: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring data quality and accuracy. - Technical support: Managing support cases from Salesforce users related to order issues, document creation, pricing, etc. - Troubleshooting: Addressing failed orders and system bugs, collaborating with sales, provisioning, and developers for issue resolution. - Training & Documentation: Providing training on new features, functions, onboarding new starters, and creating process documentation and user guides. - Performing ad-hoc tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, build professional relationships, deliver training to non-technical individuals, maintain a proactive attitude, and possess 2+ years of Salesforce experience. You should also be skilled in bridging business needs with technical execution. Please note that this is an office-based role, and remote work is not an option.
