Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall health, configuration, and
performance of our Salesforce instance. You will work closely with techno-functional teams to
understand business requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions, while also
leveraging your expertise in configuring salesforce with third party apps such DocuSign, Adobe sign, Nintex Drawloop , payment gateways etc.
Experience: Min 4+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user access, data integrity, and
system configuration.
• Design and implement complex reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to
management and end users.
• Collaborate with techno-functionals to gather and understand business requirements, and
then design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet those needs, including DocuSign and
Nintex Drawloop integration.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve escalated support requests and system issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and layouts as needed.
• Develop and implement automation processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow.
• Configure and integrate DocuSign for electronic signature capabilities.
• Utilize Nintex Drawloop for document generation and automation.
• Lead deployments of changes and enhancements in a controlled and efficient manner.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end users.
• Lead data management efforts, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, deployments, and
processes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, DocuSign, Nintex Drawloop, and best practices to
ensure our instance remains current and efficient.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Manage sandbox instances such as creating and refreshing the sandboxes.
• User Management with suitable Roles and Profile
• Documentation of user guides for support activities.
• Exposure in doing RCA for issues reported in Production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Admin Certification is mandatory.
• Advanced Admin and Developer certification is preferred.
