Salesforce Administrator (Enablement)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Administrator with strong Enablement experience

to support user adoption, training, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce configuration, user enablement programs, documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure business users effectively leverage Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Salesforce orgs including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security
Drive Salesforce Enablement initiatives to improve user adoption and productivity
Design and deliver end-user training, onboarding sessions, and enablement materials
Create and maintain documentation, user guides, release notes, and best practices
Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reports
Support change management and communication for new Salesforce features and releases
Act as primary point of contact for user support, issue resolution, and enhancement requests
Monitor usage metrics and recommend improvements to enhance adoption
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong experience in Salesforce Enablement / User Adoption / Training
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration and administration
Experience creating training content, enablement decks, and user documentation
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls
Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
