Job Description

Senior Salesforce Admin who will support help desk ticket resolution; and jira card creation/administration
This person will need to be able to handle the complex tickets and some aged items in the queue The successful candidate needs to be highly proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and flows The idea candidate will have experience with a multi-tenant environment and recognize why things clash/conflict; and be able to connect with appropriate developers to write; assign; and track bug/fix jira work cards through completion This position will over lap briefly with the US hours in the East morning period Position will be assigned work to be completed through APAC shift independently
