Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Admin to join our team, with 2-7 years of experience in managing and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the overall health and performance of Salesforce.

Implement and configure new features and functionality on Salesforce.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.

Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design principles.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
