As a Salesforce Functional Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce & CPQ systems for our organization. Your ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment will be key to your success. **Responsibilities:** - Create and manage users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields within Salesforce - Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes - Offer technical assistance and training to end-users to optimize their Salesforce usage - Document and establish operational procedures and processes related to Salesforce - Monitor and evaluate Salesforce usage to ensure maximum system utilization - Import and export objects using Data Management Tools **Requirements:** - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field - Proficient understanding of the salesforce security model - Familiarity with lightning flows and Salesforce CPQ - Proficiency in SQL and Apex programming languages - Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration **Preferred:** - Knowledge of Revenue Cloud would be advantageous Join our team and be a part of optimizing our Salesforce systems to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
