Title: Salesforce Senior CRM Consultant Location: Noida / Chennai Type: Permanent, full time Experience: 8+ Years In this role, you will be required to have strong expertise in CRM platforms, whether Functional or Technical, with exposure to Salesforce Lightning components. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform is a must. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions, educating customers during sales cycles, conducting demonstrations and POCs for customers, handling customer queries, and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers. You will be expected to identify customer challenges and objectives, provide solutions that address these requirements, and bring business value to the organization. Your role will involve communicating product knowledge and industry expertise to customers, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and assisting the sales support team in preparing professional content for RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients. Candidates with pre-sales experience will be preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, customer interaction skills, and collaborative team-working abilities are essential for success in this role.
