As a Salesforce Admin Developer at NTT DATA, your role will involve a combination of administrative and development tasks on the Salesforce platform to support business processes, enhance user adoption, and implement scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - System Configuration and Administration: - Managing user profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom objects. - Performing regular maintenance tasks such as data backups, sandbox refreshes, and system health checks. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. - Salesforce Development: - Developing custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. - Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors. - Customizing page layouts, record types, custom fields, and Lightning components to improve the user experience. - Business Process Automation: - Implementing and optimizing automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers. - Supporting business units by gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Deployment and Change Management: - Using tools like Change Sets, ANT, and Salesforce DX to manage deployments between environments. - Maintaining version control and CI/CD pipelines where applicable. - Training and Support: - Providing ongoing user support and training to enhance adoption and ensure effective use of Salesforce. - Documenting processes, release notes, and system changes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. - Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) - Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) - Hands-on experience with: - Apex programming, SOQL/SOSL - Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Process Automation tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder) - Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools like MuleSoft) - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture - Familiarity with source control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
